STEP 2: DISCOVERY CALL & BOOKING
Once we’ve confirmed Shawn’s availability, the next step is a quick Discovery Call—a genuine, no-pressure conversation to understand your event goals, audience needs, and the type of transformation you’re aiming to deliver.
Shawn will ask a few key questions to help customize The Invisible Advantage™ experience:
- Who’s in the room?
- What shift do they need most?
- How can we ensure your event leaves a lasting impact?
If it’s a great fit, we’ll move forward and lock in your date.
To officially reserve Shawn for your event, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. You’ll also receive a simple agreement with E-sign capabilities—no printing or scanning necessary.
Once your booking is confirmed, our team will schedule a Pre-Program Consultation with Shawn so he can tailor the message, energy, and delivery for your unique audience.
From start to finish, we make the process seamless, stress-free, and fully aligned with your event goals.
STEP 3: CUSTOMIZE THE EXPERIENCE
This is where the magic begins
After the Discovery Call and booking confirmation, Shawn will work with you to tailor the message, tone, and delivery of his presentation—ensuring it aligns perfectly with your event’s theme, audience energy, and desired outcomes.
Whether you’re looking for a high-energy kickoff keynote, a deep-dive mindset breakthrough, or a powerful closing experience that sends your audience home fired-up, Shawn will customize every element to match your vision.
Using his Invisible Advantage™ system, he’ll integrate real-life tools for transformation, peak performance psychology, and powerful hypnotic storytelling—all crafted to make a lasting impression.
You’ll also receive:
- A pre-event questionnaire to help us get laser-focused
- A custom introduction script for your emcee or host
- Coordination on AV and stage needs to keep everything smooth and professional

STEP 4: PAYMENT
It’s go time
When Shawn takes the stage, he doesn’t just speak—he activates transformation.

This is where all the planning comes to life.

But behind the scenes, it’s just as smooth and professional:
- The remaining balance of Shawn’s speaking fee is due no later than 10 days prior to your scheduled event.
- Leading up to the event, our team will reconfirm all final logistics, including:
- Room/stage setup and AV needs
- Travel itinerary coordination
- Marketing materials or promo assets, if needed
- A final touch-base to make sure everything is show-ready

STEP 5: SHOWTIME
When it’s game day, Shawn shows up ready to deliver—mind, body, and energy focused on making your event a massive success.
For out-of-town engagements, Shawn typically arrives the day before the presentation. This allows ample time for:
- Early sound check
- Stage walk-through
- Final coordination with your AV and event team
- Any last-minute tweaks to ensure everything flows perfectly
Then… it’s showtime.
Shawn doesn’t just give a keynote—he delivers a full sensory, mindset-shifting experience. His signature Invisible Advantage™ presentation blends neuroscience-backed performance psychology, live hypnotic techniques, and an electrifying stage presence to move your audience from passive listeners to activated achievers.

Technical & Staging Requirements for
Shawn Greeves
PLEASE HAVE THE AUDIENCE AS CLOSE TO THE STAGE AS POSSIBLE (within 8-15 feet). Closer proximity creates a better connection with the presenter and the audience, which creates a better presentation experience.
- We recommend having this program in the smallest room that will comfortably accommodate the number of attendees you expect. The less empty space in the room, the better the energy and connection—which creates a better experience for your attendees.
VIDEO & GRAPHICS
- Slide deck support is required. Shawn’s presentation deck (PPT or Keynote) may include videos with embedded audio. Due to the file size and customization, Shawn will bring the deck to sound check on a thumb drive.
- A video confidence monitor is required and should be set for notes/presenter mode. Please notify the AV Team in advance so they can wire the confidence monitor accordingly.
- A session countdown timer should be placed near or below the video confidence monitor.
- A fully-functional clicker is required for Shawn to advance slides during the program.
SOUND
- This presentation requires a professional quality sound system with at least two 15” external speakers, depending on the size of your group and venue. Shawn’s program includes motivational speaking, interactive moments, and occasional music-based segments. In-house ceiling speakers are typically insufficient for this experience.
- Shawn requires two microphones:
- MIC1: Wired or wireless handheld mic with a boom stand (for audience interaction or potential performance segments).
- MIC2: Countryman/headset style mic for hands-free speaking during the keynote.
- Stage Audio Monitor: Shawn can use IEM earbuds if needed, but if unavailable, please provide a wedge monitor
LIGHTS
- Stage effect lighting is encouraged to elevate the energy of the experience—particularly if Shawn is performing hypnotic demonstrations or leading high-impact segments from center stage.
- Please provide at least one spotlight for keynote focus.
- During immersive moments or audience participation, dim house lights to approximately 50%. For specific moments such as Shawn’s signature closing exercise, a full dim (not blackout) is recommended to enhance audience engagement (e.g., smartphone flashlight effect).
ADDITIONAL MATERIALS REQUIRED
Shawn may use interactive digital tools embedded in his presentation to collect audience feedback or perform live mindset exercises. If your venue has poor cell service or no reliable Wi-Fi, please notify Shawn’s team in advance so a paper-based backup system can be arranged.

You’ll find Shawn’s official stage introduction on the Meeting Planner section of his website or in the welcome packet provided. Please ensure the person introducing Shawn reads the introduction verbatim. This sets the energy and expectation for the audience and ensures the keynote begins smoothly and powerfully.
